GOLF AT WINDRIVER

A course that doesn't try to impress you. It just rewards you.

Our championship 18 holes along Tellico Lake were designed with a simple philosophy: playable, memorable, and beautiful without the theatrics. You'll find good lies, true greens, and the Smokies on the horizon.

01

Championship routing, lake views

18 holes that weave along five miles of Tellico shoreline. Every fairway has a view, but none of them try too hard.

Greens that actually roll true

04

Practice that doesn't feel like work

A short-game area and putting green that let you dial in your wedges and putter without the crowd. Even the warm-up has a view.

MEMBER VOICES

What members say about life at WindRiver

The golf course alone was enough to get us here. But it's the mornings on Tellico Lake and the evening walks through Brightwater Park that make us feel like we found something real.

I was hesitant about a community this close to Knoxville. Then I spent a weekend at the Lakeside Inn. The quiet, the views of the Smokies, the food at Citico's—I signed the papers before I left.

We keep our boat at the marina and our kayaks ready year-round. The kids spend more time on the water than on land, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

The sports complex is what sold us. It has everything—exercise facilities, tennis, a pool that actually feels like a resort. My husband plays golf, I play pickleball, and we meet for dinner at the Grill.
